About Our Ministry
The ministry was started by Evangelist Tanya Smith after being called into ministry in 2005. The ministry has partnered with other organizations through volunteering and financial support. Evangelist Smith nursing career began in 1990 and so did her love for helping others. She have over 30 years experience in the healthcare field.
The counseling ministry started informally, when Rev. Dr. Kenneth Smith started pastoring. He has been nominated for Who’s Who multiple times, and held board certification as a chaplain. He has a doctorate in ministry from Erskine Theological Seminary. He is presently providing services as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
OUR MISSION
Emmanuel Ministry of Presence specializes in helping people become and feel better about themselves. We provide Christian based counseling services to most children and adults.
Leadership
We have a licensed professional counselor , licensed & ordained minister, and a registered nurse who are able to extend services to include: family and relationship counseling, virtual spiritual teaching, and information on various health topics. We are also available to speak/provide presentations to your group/organization.
